Our newest cafe is located inside the Momentary contemporary arts space. The building was formerly a Kraft cheese plant, and our cafe is located in the old milk receiving bay. This space features a play between hand made, enjoyed in house drinks and robotics, made to go drinks. The seating is inside the actual coffee bar, which is composed of beautiful, pink and cream terra-cotta tiles and soft hues that compliment it. The coffee bar itself is transparent and offers a look inside the machinery we feature there, which is all constructed with acrylic panels so that the mechanization can be seen. To-go items are served by a conveyer belt, reinforcing the made to go concept. We serve Oat plant based beverage as a default and uncharge for dairy, flipping the script on the traditional cafe approach to espresso and milk drinks. Enjoy a coffee and then roam around the grounds of one of the most innovative performing and visual arts spaces in the country.
